1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The furniture item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Items that are custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized are not eligible for return.

Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not qualify for return or refund.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective:

After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped or dispatched for delivery.
Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
